Relationship Officer – LAP 

Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Loan Against Property (LAP) clients in the Siddipet region, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities**
• Identify and acquire new LAP clients through various channels, including market visits, lead generation, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct thorough credit appraisals and financial analysis of loan applicants to assess eligibility and risk.
• Present and explain LAP products and services to potential clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions in line with company policies and market rates.
• Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for LAP products and contribute to the overall business growth.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the LAP sector.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.

Job Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry with a focus on LAP.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial products, particularly Loan Against Property.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in local languages (Telugu and English) is essential.
• Familiarity with the Siddipet market and customer base is highly desirable.
